How to Reset a HP 845 Printer

1. Turn on the HP 845 printer and wait until it has completed its start-up sequence.
2. Press and hold down the “Go” button.
3. While still holding down the “Go” button, press and hold down the “Cancel Job” button.
4. Keep both of these buttons pressed down until the Attention light starts blinking. This might take up to 30 seconds.
5. Release the “Go” button.
6. Press the “Go” button six more times. You should hear some sound from the printer after the sixth press.
7. Release the “Cancel Job” button.
8. Wait until the Attention light stops blinking and the Ready light is lit. The printer has now been reset.
