打印机共享密码设置

To set the printer share password you need to first open the printer folder in Windows Explorer. The printer folder can be accessed by going to the Control Panel and selecting “Printers and Faxes”. Once the folder is open, you will see the printer icon for your local printer. Right-click on the printer icon and select “Properties”. A new window will pop up and you will see a list of tabs. Select the tab labeled “Sharing” and then select “Share this printer”. A new window will open up called the Sharing Properties. In the lower portion of the window there will be a box labeled “Share Name”. Enter the name you want to give to your printer and then check the box labeled “Allow network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection”. In the same window you will also see a box labeled “Password Protect Shared Printers”. Check this box and then enter the password you want to use for your printer share. Finally, click “OK” to save the changes and your printer share password is now set.
