To reset the waste ink counter of your Brother MFC-J2330 printer, please follow the steps below.

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Press and hold the menu button and the ‘+’ key for 3 seconds.

3. Release the buttons and the printer will enter self-diagnostic mode.

4. Use the arrow keys to select ‘MAINTENANCE’ and press ‘OK’.

5. Use the arrow keys to select ‘RESET W.INK’ and press ‘OK’.

6. Select ‘OFF’ with the arrow keys and press ‘OK’.

7. Select ‘LETTER’ and press ‘OK’.

8. The printer will confirm that the waste ink counter has been reset.

9. Press ‘STOP’ to exit the menu and turn off the printer.
