Brother Printer Fax Reset
1. Turn off the Brother Printer Fax machine and disconnect the power cord.
2. Reconnect the power cord while pressing and holding down the Menu/Set button.
3. Continue pressing and holding the Menu/Set button until all the LED lights turn on.
4. Release the Menu/Set button and press the down arrow button three times.
5. Press the Menu/Set button once.
6. Use the arrow buttons to select the “Machine Info” menu.
7. Press the Menu/Set button again.
8. Use the arrow buttons to select the “Reset” menu.
9. Press the Menu/Set button once.
10. Select “Reset All Settings” and press the “1” key.
11. The printer fax machine should display “Executing” and reset all settings to the factory default.
12. Press the Stop/Exit button to go back to the Ready status.
13. Congratulations! Your Brother Printer Fax machine has been reset.
