To reset the print count on a printer, first turn the printer off. Then press and hold the “Reset” button (usually located on the back or side of the printer) for about 10 seconds until a message appears on the printer’s control panel indicating that the counter has been reset. Once this has been done, turn the printer back on. The print count should now be back to zero.
